With store staff much more confident about introducing the loyalty cards to customers, the recruitment of the card also increased by 125%.
Prior to working with Upskill People, discount retailer The Works’ loyalty card training had been paper-based to their network of 375 stores. e-Learning was a huge leap forward and got results.
